Monifieth Befriending Scheme is a registered charity, funded mainly by Big Lottery. The scheme provides friendship for socially isolated older people, and recently bereaved people of any age, living in Monifieth.

The Scheme has been running successfully for over 4 years, providing a growing befriending service to socially isolated older people and now offers a befriending service to recently bereaved people.

Our trained volunteers provide one-to-one quality time often not otherwise available.
